1. Growth after a drought test. Onions extracted from farm land, heavy clay ground in the Noord-Oost-polder (NL), on Friday June 12, 14:00. Replanted on Wednesday June 17, 18:00 in plant soil with dried cow manure

After 126 hours (5.25 days) of complete drought replanted in plant soil

June 17

LEFT = 912                                                              RIGHT = Tap water only

June 27

LEFT = Tap water only                              RIGHT = 912

July 18

                        Water                                                        904 / 912

2. DROUGHT TEST. Re-growth test after extraction of small onion plants. Roots washed with tap water. Plants remained on dry plate for 43 hours. Of those 43 hours, the plants were put in direct sunlight for 6 hours. the rest of the time indoors at about 23 degrees Celsius.

According to the farmer who donated the seeds, replanting of very small plants could not work at all.

June 15, extracted from the soil and washed, LEFT = only tap water      RIGHT = 912

June 17. re-planted in plant soil.         LEFT = only tap water      RIGHT = 912

June 27.                     LEFT = only tap water                                          RIGHT = 912

July 18, drought test:

Water      (largest is 25 Cm.)                               912 (largest is 30 Cm.)

Conclusion: Recovery from drought is possible. The difference between tap water and 912 is obvious.
